Nathan K. Griffin, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Nathan K. Griffin is a clinical audiologist originally from Southeast Texas. Dr. Griffin completed both his bachelor’s degree in speech and hearing sciences and his doctorate of audiology at Lamar University. He spent his fourth-year residency honing his clinical skills with an ENT office in East Tennessee. Dr. Griffin chose to join the Hearing + Balance Clinics family in 2021 and serves patients in Watkinsville, Lavonia, Loganville, and the surrounding areas.
Dr. Griffin is a licensed Audiologist in the state of Georgia. He holds membership in the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA), American Academy of Audiology (AAA), and the Georgia Academy of Audiology (GAA). He is certified as a Center of Specialty Care with American Institute of Balance (AIB) and received certifications from the International Auditory Processing Disorder Institute (API).
Dr. Griffin has experience working with patients of all ages. He is proficient in comprehensive audiometric evaluations for both adult and pediatric patients, auditory processing disorder evaluations and therapy, vestibular diagnostics, hearing aid evaluations, hearing aid fittings, and hearing aid follow-up care utilizing best practices. Dr. Griffin’s favorite part of his job is developing a connection with patients, providing the necessary support to achieve their goals, and helping them be a part of conversation with their friends and family once again.
Dr. Griffin currently lives in Bogart, GA, with his partner and their dog, Sutton. Dr. Griffin enjoys collecting rare tropical plants, spending weekends back in East Tennessee with his friends, visiting his family, biking, nature trails, and traveling the world.
